It takes parents working in collaboration with faculty and staff to develop and foster our students’ education. The very foundation of our school is built on parent engagement. It takes parents working side by side with teachers and staff to achieve the highest levels of student success. At AVLA we understand that parents are the most important partners in accomplishing our educational goals. As such, parents are encouraged to be engaged in their child’s learning on a number of levels and teachers expect parental support.
Workshops – We offer monthly Parent Workshops to give parents an opportunity to build connections in a community of peers. We partner with parents to support the effectiveness of instruction and student achievement.
